The work culture is excellent, there is a proper work life balance, The Counselor and The Managers are very helpful and weekly meetings all are conducted to look into and solve teachers problems. Events and different features like sparkx, sparkline, word wisdom etc are very innovative concepts . Students find these features very interesting and are actually learning a lot from it.

Just after few classes I can see a huge difference in my daughter personality
